Frequently asked questions

Does my snore audio get uploaded anywhere?

No. Snore audio clips are recorded and stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to us and are excluded from iCloud sync. Clips are deleted automatically after a retention period you control (30 days by default).

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. Ssnnoozzee works with just your iPhone for snore detection and sleep timing. An Apple Watch adds richer vitals — heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and respiratory rate — for a fuller picture of your night.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no login, no email and no password. Your data lives on your device and, if you use iCloud, syncs only to your own private iCloud account. We have no servers that hold your data.

What does Premium include, and is there a free trial?

Premium unlocks full snore audio history and playback, unlimited history and trends, deeper insights and correlations, biometric deep-dives, the full sound library, advanced gentle wake, and data export. The Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial.

How do I restore a purchase on a new device?

Premium is tied to your Apple ID through the App Store. On a new device, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases — no account needed.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Settings includes options to export your sessions as a JSON file and to delete all sleep data from the app. Deleting the app removes its on-device data, and you can manage anything synced to your private iCloud through iCloud settings.

Are the blood oxygen and heart readings medical?

No. The vitals Ssnnoozzee shows are read from Apple Health for informational purposes only and are not a medical reading or diagnosis. Speak to a doctor about any health concerns, including persistent or loud snoring.

Manage your subscription & data

  • Subscriptions: manage or cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings.
  • Restore a purchase: open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases.
  • Export your data: Settings → Data → Export sessions as JSON.
  • Delete your data: Settings → Data → Delete all sleep data, or delete the app.
